located throughout the state of Alabama.
Members will receive comprehensive eye and contact lens exams
for only $49 and will receive a 25% discount off contact lens fittings,
training and follow-up appointments. The plan also offers a $60 credit towards
the purchase of a VisionChoice® Eyewear Package which includes your
choice of VisionChoice® frames and lenses for savings up to 75% off retail.
Members may also choose any frames offered by participating providers
for savings up to 45% off retail.
The VisionChoice® Alliance is comprised of a statewide network of eyecare professionals,
so access is easy too! All VisionChoice® Alliance members are carefully selected and
credentialed and are all top in their field of expertise.
